The Power Of Your Feminine Patience And Its Grace.

Welcome to this impression of Feminine Wellness. This week we are delving into finding your inner voice of being patience. It is foremost important to be patient with yourself, a huge requisite to the unfolding of your being as you are becoming. Patience is how you learn

(or remember) to trust yourself, how you find your way to your greatness and all that which is the essence of your feminine being.

Patience is your master as you become the master.


 




Patience requires constant cultivations, noticing yourself when you are rushing or being rushed, inducing feelings of frustration and the sense of being out of control.

Breathing into to your heart with three deep breaths often brings you back to centre where you find clarity and calmness.


I have found stability within my inner world, when I practice grounding, allowing myself to enjoy little things, as I slow down to delight in the simple pleasures of life. Bird watching has been one of the practices that induce emotions of wholeness, in silence I watch them freely choose to be great at all levels of their flight.


The feminine does not force.




Feminine Rest.


As you are relaxing and resting in your feminine power, not everything deserves your attention. Acknowledging its presence is all that counts and it often leaves you feeling in charge of your expression.


Whenever you react to that which is not deserving of your sacred being, you loose your centre and  you become reactive. Your patience is your power.

Lean in, retreat within to your calm waters, wherein your waves are controlled by you only.

Guard your peace and protect it from all that does not honour your feminine essence



It is absolutely your time to let go and receive.



Inspired ways to lean into your feminine rest.


  • Embrace the knowing that you are whole, divine and perfect as you are.

  • Release any and all that which is not adding to your peace.

  • Slow down and lean into your heart.

  • Shift your mindset from doing to being.

  • Acknowledge your becoming and recognise that you are always exactly where you are meant to be.

  • Practice self love, how you love yourself is how you teach others to love you.

  • Show forgiveness, be kind and compassionate towards yourself always.

  • Connect with nature, rest and recharge.


 

Feminine Grounding


Anchoring yourself in the present moment is trusting in your patience, claiming your feminine power. When you choose your attention and responses you are recreating that which resonates with your feminine essence.


An authentic feminine essence understands that every experience she draws into her life is a reflection of her inner self(identity), the one she chooses to embody. When you are fully present, you give yourself permission to be guided by your innate wisdom and intuition of your feminine energy.


Getting back into your present moment with ease to ground you, is through slow intentional breathing.


Take a deep breath in through your noise, hold for 3 counts, release the need to control or resist and surrender with every exhalation as you release the breath through your mouth.

The more you cultivate a senses of presence and mindfulness in everything you do, the easier it will be for you to let go, and be grounded to the natural flow of your being.



Feminine Glow

The authentic feminine being is cultivated within, as you express yourself from your innate world, the outside expression becomes its mirror. When you operate from this sacred realm your outward appearance (not only features) reflects what you are, how you are and how you perceive yourself. Each experience that we encounter is a mirror of our intentions and influences our journey in many ways that contribute to solidifying our feminine glow and our authentic nature.


Begin with intention, reflect on people and surroundings that induce a sense of peace, calmness and love and align yourself with that which only feeds into the well of serenity and bliss. Remember a true feminine spirit priorities quality over quantity in all things, actions and in relationships.


Consider some ways to cultivate peace and calmness in your life, circles around you and your family. When you are calm and at peace, you move with authority and clarity, making your glow shine through and inspiring others.



  • Connect to the earth beneath you - a walk on the lush green grass, a breath of fresh air connects you better to yourself and mother universe.

  • Journaling - expressing how you feel plays a paramount role in connecting with your Feminine essence.

  • Embrace your sensuality - honour your sexual desires and understand how you need to nurture your wants and needs in order to reach fulfilment.

  • Positive self talk - talking gently and softly with yourself increases love from within.





Feminine Essence


Feminine essence is a source of spiritual power and healing. In an addition your feminine energy is connected with the mother figure and seen as a nurturing and loving energy.

When you move and express yourself from that realm, you tap into a deep source of strength, healing,  wisdom, ease, love, pleasure, joy and peace.

Allow yourself to lean back, letting things come to you, by connecting deeply with your body, honouring your intuition and practicing gratitude.


Your being will radiate differently once you acknowledge that femininity is not something you need to chase but that you are beautifully feminine right now.



Create sensory anchors and use scent, texture, and colours intentionally in your environment to serve as a daily reminder of the feminine essence you wish to cultivate, embody and become.


Enjoy slow, quiet moments that nurture your patience, embodying calmness in every aspect of your life, through yourself, your surroundings and living in alignment with peace, joy, abundance and love.
