Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
We currently offer the service of standard shipping which allows your product to be shipped within the aforementioned time frame.
Our shipping rate is a flat fee of 150 R, plus a handling fee of 50 R per order. Regardless of the size or weight of your order, this flat rate ensures simplicity and transparency in shipping costs.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Pink Milk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges for store credit within 7-14 days of delivery.
You may exchange most new, unopened cosmetic items within 7-14 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, your cosmetic item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@pinkmilk.co.za/078 058 6666 to request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the value of the exchanged item, which can be used towards future cosmetic purchases on our website.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective cosmetic item, please contact us immediately at [contact email/phone number] with details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, whether that involves issuing a replacement or providing store credit.
